PRODUCER'S NOTE:

Weird year…Weirder play. It’s part of Crosswalk’s mandate to bring a diverse variety of productions to life on stage. Who knows what each year will bring?   

The Bald Soprano was originally written in French and later translated to English. Right from the beginning the Crosswalks team knew that we wanted to mount this play in both French and English, especially since we know so many talented bilingual actors. 

As Producer, I am excited about the opportunity to share this play that I love so much with you. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.  We invite you to attend both versions of the play, the casts have done an excellent job bringing two very different shows to life. I would have loved to be more
involved in this show (I suffered a stroke earlier this year,  which has limited my involvement). I’m happy to still be involved in some way this year, and I have plans to be back next year!
